For anyone who hasn’t Microsoft has made Windows 10 version 21H2 available now via upgrade. This new version of Windows 10 has officially entered the broad deployment phase of its release. Therefore available to all who want to upgrade.

Microsoft gave an update about the development on April 15, 2022. “Windows 10, version 21H2 is designated for broad deployment. As always, we recommend that you update your devices to the latest version of Windows 10 as soon as possible to ensure that you can take advantage of the latest features and advanced protection from the latest security threats.” Microsoft stated, reiterating the idea of upgrading at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid any privacy issues. Don’t forget that the previous version, Windows 10 20H2, service ends on May 10, 2022.
In the new version deployment note, the company also mentions the steps to take to upgrade to Windows 11, offering the correct way to go about it if you weren’t already aware. As Windows 11 is the most recent system version from Microsoft, it’s without a doubt that its servicing timeline will outlast Windows 10’s, therefore if you were looking to plan as far into the future as possible upgrading is the best option for you.
