In this support model, our engineers will be available to you at an agreed hourly rate. Engineering time can be pre-booked up to 3 months in advance. Ad-hoc support is only available for installation, project and 3rd line support work.
In this support model our engineering staff are available to your business for all IT related tasks. This includes but is not limited to: 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, project and Ad-hoc installation work. A service level will be agreed with you as a business, which will include an entitlement to the number of support hours included. A number of project days can be negotiated with your account manager or Ad-hoc project work can be priced upon request at an additional charge.

Our support covers all Microsoft operating systems with the latest Windows 11. This includes Windows Server from 2003 upgrade to the latest 2012. We also have experience dealing with Apple operating systems, Android, tablet and windows, apple and android phone systems.
We have extensive experience in supporting bespoke 3rd party applications. We also cover Adobe, Citrix, Veritas, Sophos, Arcserve and Solarwinds, to name a few.
