Microsoft Teams is the perfect hub for teamwork within workflows using Microsoft 365. The Teams service enables instant messaging, audio and video calling, online meetings, mobile experiences, and extensive web conferencing capabilities. Furthermore, Teams provides file and data collaboration and expandable features and integrates with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft and partner apps. Teams are made up of two types of channels this being standard and private. Each channel is built around a specific topic, like “Team Events,” or even a department name. Channels are essentially the collaborative side of Teams, where you hold meetings, have conversations, and work on files together.
