The Taskbar Corner Overflow is a feature of Windows 11 that showcases hidden notification icons for apps. The icons in the Taskbar Corner Overflow can be hidden or shown according to your preferences. Here are the 2 options as to how you can hide or show icons within the Taskbar Corner Overflow.
Option 1
There is a ^ button along the taskbar, press it…
This will open the ‘show hidden icons’ menu, showing the icons you can add to the Taskbar Corner Overflow.
To add an icon to the taskbar simply drag it from the ‘show hidden icons’ area to the taskbar, this will add the icon.
To hide an icon from the taskbar, similarly to adding, drag it from the taskbar into the ‘show hidden icons’ area, this will hide the particular icon.
Option 2
Open settings, you can use shortcut ‘Windows Key’ + ‘I’ to do so…
From here, go to Personalisation, scroll down to Taskbar and click here.
Once open scroll down to ‘Taskbar Corner Overflow’ and click here.
