We’re on the hunt for a top notch Account Manager to work with leading technical brands and help grow our company and our annual revenue stream.

Our experienced Account Managers work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and will recommend the most appropriate solutions to develop long term relations.


Day-to-day activity

  • Actively prospect and find new business opportunities to cultivate into paying clients
  • Help influence the course and culture of our office
  • Work with our Technical team to understand your what prospects possibilities are out there
  • Devise quotes and proposals that speak to client requirements
  • Work with collaborative sales people and receive ongoing training to stay current with latest hardware software trends


What does it take to do this job?

  • B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting revenue targets
  • A wealth of experience of IT hardware, software and service sales
  • Good technical aptitude coupled with the ability to quickly understand new technology
  • Proven experience prospecting and opening new accounts
  • Ability to position our offerings, understand our unique selling points and overcome prospect objections
  • Analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic in deal planning and negotiation with distributors and vendors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Track record of success in a start-up or fast-growth environment a major plus
  • Self-motivation, time management skills, and personal accountability
  • Collaborative, team-player attitude

Are you self-motivated and driven with your heart set on a career in IT? Would you like to work for a growing IT service delivery company? You may be a perfect fit at Westwood Associates where we are on the hunt for a Sales Support to work alongside our Sales team in Leicestershire and help grow our company. We need someone to assist our Account Manager with the day to day administration of Sales, so their time can be freed up to service clients in other ways.

Day-to-day activity

  • Work closely with Account manager to make sure all clients’ needs are met
  • Devise quotes and proposals that speak to client requirements
  • Email communication with clients
  • Arrange and track deliveries from suppliers to clients
  • Arrange returns and collections
  • Follow up on orders to make sure clients’ needs have been met
  • Place order with suppliers
  • Work with account manager and receive ongoing training to stay current with latest hardware software
